Within the framework of the legal provisions that penalize behaviors linked to SEC, we have:
- Law No. 29408 “General Tourism Law” and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2010-MINCETUR.
- Law No. 30963 “Law that modifies the criminal code regarding the penalties for the crime of sexual exploitation in its various forms and related crimes, to protect girls, boys, adolescents and women with special emphasis.”</li >
- Law No. 30802 “Law that establishes conditions for the admission of children and adolescents to lodging establishments in order to guarantee their protection and integrity.”
